RT8272GSP是集成MOSFET直流直流降器 , 在4.75V ~ 24V之输入电范可提供最大3A电流输出 , 其电流控制模式及外部补电路使得在重反可以得到适度的微 , 另外逐一周期电流限制提供短路保护 , 起动机制消弭起动之涌浪电流 , RT8272GSP也提供UVP输入低电保护及OTP保护 , 在停机模式下所需消耗电流小于25uA , 非常适用于零件精 , 高电流输出之电子装置。

The RT8272GSP is a high voltage buck converter that can support the input voltage range from 4.75V to 24V and the output current can be up to 3A. Current Mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization.
The chip provides protection functions such as cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. In shutdown mode, the regulator draws 25μA of supply current. The RT8272GSP is available in a SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) surface mount package.
